trait SequencerOrMediatorSecretKeyAdministrationBase extends AnyRef
Currently, this trait is only directly accessible via node.keys.secret to the sequencer and mediator nodes.
We have deprecated the existing rotation functions in this trait and introduced new ones that include a reference
to the domain manager, ensuring proper key propagation. As previously mentioned, these new methods are intended
for use exclusively by mediator and sequencer nodes.
